The business began with my father, Daimien, who started out running a tractor, baling hay for local farmers, and carting gravel for neighbours. Through hard work, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping people, he built the foundations of what Lee Contracting Ag is today.
When I finished school, I had a vision to take that foundation and grow it into something much bigger. At just 20 years of age, I took over the day-to-day running of the business with a goal of expanding our services and creating a company that could provide farmers with everything they need to get the job done.
From the beginning, I’ve always believed that success comes from working alongside our customers, understanding their needs, and delivering reliable, high-quality service every time.
Over the years, that vision has become a reality. What started as a small local contracting operation has grown into a business that offers a wide range of agricultural contracting services, allowing us to support our customers through every stage of the season.
While the business has grown significantly, the values haven’t changed. We remain committed to hard work, honesty, reliability, and building long-term relationships with the farming communities we serve.
